Terms and Conditions for “Transform Your Kid” Math Group Coaching

1. Parents / guardians are to check that dates can be committed to before buying lessons for the month

2. Once lessons are paid for there’ll be no cancellation or refund

3. Replacement of lessons is only valid for illness, or last minute school obligations

4. Replacement of lessons will be in the same month

5. Fees will be collected every 28th of the month

6. All learning materials used in lessons will be bought by tutor at no extra charge to student

7. If I cancel a class due to personal reasons there will be a replacement class next month
